<div>Shocking experience with this company! I ordered items which are discounted. Hear nothing from them for a week. Then get an email saying there is a delay. Then a few days later get a call from ++++ customer service who tells me some items in my order are now out of stock. How can you sell items that are out of stock? I cancelled the out of stock items and still did not receive my order! Eventually I cancelled my entire order and am told I have a store credit when I asked for a refund. I was told I would get the refund on thursday of that week which is the day they process refunds. Of course that did not happen. I am now told to wait another week. Will have to lodge a dispute with my bank now as otherwise I will never see the money I am sure! </div>

Be Careful PUDO Morningsider Lockers
Be careful when using PUDO lockers at Morningside. I had a parcel from cape town and it was tampered with and half of the contents were removed. PUDO has just washed their hands of it and are not interested in taking any responsibility. Your goods are not safe when delivered in this manner!

WARNING Novela is not ethical - do not buy from them!
I want to warn people not to buy from Novela! They are dishonest and do not honour their word. They claim to have a full refund within 30 days guarantee when in fact they keep the returned goods and do not refund you! I ordered something on Black Friday sale last year and it was not as described. I contacted them and made plans to return the goods via courier. The goods were safely delivered and then I neve received my refund. I kept asking and every excuse under the sun was made to me. Eventually I had to log a dispute with my bank and they took it up with Visa who instituted the refund.
