I have ordered foundation 25 March, I have not received it yet and getting feedback on their website is non existent. it is now 20 April and if I track the order it only says awaiting fulfillment..
I purchased a slate pool table 20 February via online. The pool table was delivered 23 Feb but was damaged due to the courier trying to squeeze a pool table in a very small truck. Sent it back with the courier and since then it has been an absolute nightmare to get this sorted out. I still dont have my pool table 1. To phone the Germiston branch is nearly impossible as they hardly ever pick up 2. I finally got through last week , just to be informed that they did not remember to submit an incident form for insurance ,thus they could not get approval to replace the table 3. Then I get informed that the table will be sent with their own truck as they dont trust the couriers and will be delivered 8 March 4. What they seem to fail to understand is that this table which is very heavy needs man power to be taken down a truck , and I have made arrangements today to have people ready to assist. 5. After trying to speak to them since 09H00 this morning , I am informed at 11h45 that the truck left at 09H00 but is now going to the depot... And I will not get it today I have never ever received such poor service from any sale that I have ever done in my life. If this table did not cost me a fortune I would have just left the sale , that is how I feel at this point. I am shocked to say the least and I can guarantee you that if this happens to me , it most definitely happens to other consumers
