Card machine deducting money from my account

I swiped my card purchasing an item, their machine deducted money, but did not show on their till, so they refused to give me that item, they said I should swipe again. When I check on my account the money was deducted and never refunded. They told me to wait for 24h the money might reflect back on my account, waited for 24h, money never reflected back.

Extremely long waiting time.

Called for more than 30min without no answer, sent an email no response, I had to hung up without assistance.
