Dnt shop online extremely rude staff no customer service no telephone manners I placed an order online the app did not show me that what I picked was out of stock, my delivery time was between 12 and 1,foned the store only for them to tell me some of my items were out of stock and I have to wait for my delivery finally spoke to the store manager Nicolen who said he will sort out my order and get delivery to me.NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT SPAR CHATSWORTH WETHER ONLINE OR INSTORE.

They dnt even deserve my 1 star rating 😤 that's how unprofessional this company is the staff will continuously phone and email regarding payment when payment was madebling before the due date,Does their account department not update their systems.The service from them is pathetic this company should rather just close down.

Worse company to deal with,every month I pay before the due date and send proof of payment but I keep being harassed for payment and most of the time they will debit my account twice,and I must wait 7 to 10 day for the refund, like today for insurance I'm getting watsapped for payment and I'm told my device is going to be collected. When payment was made at the beginning of the month. Worse mistake I ever made was dealing with this company.

Worst company to ever deal with they send final notices on ur product even when payment was made and you have sent them the proof,they will email every day asking for payment and debit ur account. I'm almost done with my subscription with them and will not be renewing it.
