I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Standard Bank regarding my late mother’s estate account. I have reached out multiple times via email to resolve an important issue, but my messages have been completely ignored. In addition to emailing, I tried contacting the bank through social media, hoping for some assistance, but after an initial minimal response, communication stopped altogether. As a long-time customer, I expected timely and respectful support, especially given the sensitivity of this matter. The lack of acknowledgment from Standard Bank has left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and undervalued. Handling a late estate account is already challenging, and the absence of support has only added to the distress. I truly hope Standard Bank reconsiders its approach to customer service and takes these matters more seriously. Until then, I cannot recommend Standard Bank to anyone who values reliable and responsive service.
I have a strong affinity for Jekyll and Hide products due to their exceptional quality and style. However, my recent experience with their customer service has been somewhat challenging. Unfortunately, the stitches on my beloved bag have started to come loose, prompting me to seek assistance from their support team. Upon contacting them, I was advised to visit one of their stockists, who in turn directed me back to the original point of purchase. Despite also reaching out via email, I have yet to receive a response, leaving me feeling a bit disheartened. Despite this setback, I remain a loyal user of approximately 60% of their product range. While the process of trying to resolve this issue has been time-consuming and frustrating, I am hopeful that a resolution can be reached soon.
