I recently purchased a second-hand Toyota vehicle, and my experience has been quite frustrating. After the sale was finalized, getting something as basic as the service book and a second key has been a constant struggle. The dealership has been unresponsive to my messages, and it’s clear that once you've signed the purchase contract, customer care is no longer a priority for them. I advise others to be cautious and ensure all promised items are received before signing anything.
MyRunaway has not refunded me for items returned 6 months ago. Tried calling and emailing them but no responds.
