So my WiFi was not working and I wanted to cancel. Then I got a call from a girl in tech support and they begged for me to stay. To give one more chance and I did. How stupid of me, the WiFi is way worse and the customer service (Tim) I believe does not answer anymore after lying to me
I’m done, time to cut my losses. I can’t be buying so much airtime but I spend a lot on WiFi monthly that does not work at all, there is always some sort of issue as to why there is no WiFi at all.No point anymore, if you see this please run very fast, don’t be like some of us
