3 weeks ago I placed an order through the app. After 2 hours and 30min of waiting the driver cancelled my order. I have not yet received a redund of the money that I paid for the order and a customer support number or email is no where to be found. What now??
My car has been sitting with this Autobody for 8 weeks.My car originally went in for a dent o. The rear left and due to this my boot did not open. 4 weeks ago at around 13:00pm I phoned them to check on the progress. They informed me that a warehouse was broken into and therefor they dont have the needed parts to fix it. 2 hours later they phone me and tell me I urgently need to make my way to the shop. When i get there i get told that my car was ready and fixed all of a sudden and as they were washing it in the washbay it set alight. They then proceeded to show me where the fire started and it was a wire from the fusebox right down to the boot that they needed to fix. When asking if the boot now works seeing as my car was ready to take home, they said well, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Because of their "quick fix" i have been without a car for 8 weeks and it is worse off than when i took it to them. On top of this they aren't even trying to fix any of the problems and my car is just standing there.
I have been sitting for 8 WEEKS now with a car because Discovery insisted to send it to a certain Autobody shop. After 4 weeks of my car being at this Autobody shop the Autobody shop phones me to tell me my car has set alight because the autobody shop tried a quick fix. I immediatly phoned my insurance and sent in yet another claim. On top of all this the original reason for my car went in to get fixed hasnt even been rapaired. I have phoned Discovery every day since and i either get put on hold for a very long time until they kill the call or they just pass me from one department to another. Not one person has given me feedback worth having and I am sitting without a car. I have had it and will not recommend Discovery to ANYONE! They are quick to take their money at the end of the month but so very slow to deliver services
