Govan Mbeki Municipality Service delivery is pathetic. Spluma certificates is a nightmare to get as they simply do not action their responsibilities. For weeks now we have tried getting this certificate, but no joy. They make you sit for an hour every second day just to tell you the cert is not there and then pull up their shoulders. They have multiple vehicles and not one is working. This has huge financial implications on us as clients.
I was contacted by telephone by sharetrackin/C&K money line for an upgrade software which has to do with share trading. I am financially unstable and told the guy initially that i can not go forward with this as I do not have the funds. But he persuaded me that I will make enough to cover the 399 p/m subscription fee. After a few days I phoned and wanted to cancel this as i saw that i will not be able to go ahead with this, he phoned me back later and convinced me to go on as i will make up the subscription fee. Being in trouble I stayed on for the first month and payed the 1st subscription fee. Now I did not make it through the month. I send them an email requesting in kind to cancel as I do not have the funds to cover this monthly subscription but they refused my cancellation. Now let me tell you this, you do not just fall into share trading, it will take time to understand the market and learn the ins and outs, you also need funds to buy shares, if you do not have funds you can not move forward financially. I am disgusted at their reasoning not to have compassion for a scenario. They are treating this like a personal loan which it is not. Binding by there agreement they make sure your understand that there is no way out after 7 days.
Worst company possible. You can not stop your debit order once you are onboard, you can not cancel even with a very valid reason. I tried with a telephone call to cancel within the 7 days, biggest mistake, nothing on record. I would not recommend signing up. Easy to get in not so easy to get out. Like the mafia!
If you have a funeral cover policy with liberty life you must cancel it. My grandmother payed her policy for 25 years... And you know what it payed out..just over R9000. This was not even halve of what a funeral costs today. Her premium went up each year.. If we calculate the total cost whitch she payed its well over a minimum of R30 000. You might as well open a savings account and save your money in it. This is pathetic from liberty life. They also did not even pay the money out before the funeral only afterwards. Think twice people. They arebthe worst.
I bought a drift king R/C car from Toys r us Nelspruit in ilanga mall as a christmas present for my son. On testing of the unit I found that the forward and backward button on the remote does not work properly. I took it back but according to them this should be like that. Got no refund or exchange on the unit. I can not give this to my boy as a present and I ended up buying him something else. I went to game and they had one on display so I tested that drift king and it worked fine. Does not have the same issue. Now I escalated the problem to toys r us contact centre but still no reply on this. Very bad service from them.
Again vodacom added content services to my account. How does this work.I phoned and they said I am not subscribed.My previous problem were not sorted out.Now again I am loosing money due to this.Is there no stop to these people.
For 2 months in a row I had to pay extra on my vodacom account due to content services which I had not subscribed to. This month was bad as they deducted more than R500. I phoned vodacom which replied that they can not assist me in getting my money back. Vodacom informed me that they work on a double opt out sms system and if I reply yes they will add these services. This is not true as I did not subscribe to these services.These services is linked to opera telecoms. I am not the first , as you can see on hello peter that there are others that complaint about the same thing. Vodacom should be held responsible as they are putting this in progress without their sms system. Vodacom are putting us as customers at risk in their lack of controlling this.This should not even be allowed. What amount will be stolen from me this montht.This is totally unacceptable. Please take this matter seriously, i can not afford loosing money each month due to these fraudulent people.I logged a complaint to WASPA but had no reply.
