Terrible Experience with Vumatel and Vox – No Service, No Accountability

I’ve been without internet for over 3 days and despite calling multiple time I’ve received no real help or updates from either Vumatel or Vox. I was eventually told that my line was cancelled on their side because someone apparently tried to open a new account using my address and instead of confirming this with me, they just shut off my service without any notice. Now they say they need to reprocess a whole new order, but can’t even tell me when my service will be restored. This has disrupted my studies and work, and I’ve been left completely in the dark with zero communication, no apology, and the possibility of being charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine. Absolutely unacceptable service. No accountability, no urgency, and no customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this kind of experience to anyone relying on a stable internet connection for work or education. Sort this out!

LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR EMPLOYEES.

Please be cautious about applying to work here. Based on my own experience, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I have endured. Salaries are consistently paid late or sometimes not at all. When you inquire about payment, the employer often goes silent. This job has caused me significant hardship, leading to late payments on my bills and forcing me into debt due to the uncer*****y of whether I will be paid. I was expected to tolerate not being paid.
