I placed an order for a kitchen cupboard of R3900 first week of October 2025. We had an agreement that I’ll come collect it on the 16th of October 2025 at 5:30 and deposited R2000 to their account. When I got there the store was closed I called and they told me someone left with the keys. So asked them so what is the way forward then because I wasted petrol for nothing they should’ve communicated with me than to let me drive all the way for nothing. They said they will make a delivery the followingday which is the 17th of October 2025 and we will split the delivery fee because they are at fault, I said okay. Today it’s the 30th of October 2025 I am still waiting, they are giving me excuses each time I enquire so I asked for my R2000 refund since they are failing to deliver still nothing is happening. They are not responding to my WhatsApp messages and calls instead they decided to BLOCK ME!!!
17/03/2024 we still have to deal with ****** in South Africa that’s absurd. Your airline doesn’t accommodate black people but Indian and whites fly nicely and comfortably even though they pay the same rate what a shame.
