I have never been disrespected by someone who is supposed to render me a good service that I actually deserve as a client. She spoke to me like I was her friend. No professionalism,customer service, understanding what she is doing. People like her are the ones who give a good business that has n been there for long a bad name. They shouldn’t at all be dealing with customers rather somewhere hidden. Or not at all be part of a team. I had ordered online unfortunately there was no delivery option available today. I respectfully walked in and greeted asked for my order. Had a photo that I screenshotted and even my app was was showing the order number and everything. Even a Grade 3 pupil would read and understand what was there as she also had a copy of the order. Or my maybe she thought im a *****. Eventually she called some manager which she said showed her too the order on copy. She’s disrespectful. Rude , knows nothing about customer service. And what makes me so upset is that she didn’t see anything wrong still. I reside 2km away from the business. I deserve an apology but most importantly she needs to be given training/learned on customer service. Or move her from her current position as it’s disappointing and sad. How many other customers she’s this rude 💁🏽♂️ She might even make other employees see it as the right way.
I am an unemployed citizen who have not working for the longest time ever 2017 . I have a family my two daughters are still minors. I have no savings whatsoever to my name. It has been a hardest year. I contacted old mutual since I have a retirement plan with them which I stopped paying when I lost my job. I tried getting the only money to my name to pay for the only safe place I have for my children cause we thrown out of our home the past weekend. I had been trying to withdraw and terminate my policy plan prior before having to be thrown out . Went to a Branch no help whatsoever. Even wrote an email explaining my situation. Stating/elaborating what’s happening That was a two weeks ago. Which I still had a place of safety for kids. We all know how it is in our country with regards to employment. And our day to day struggles. But I honestly don’t expect such a big company like old mutual would not even care about what the hell im saying . I am a father who’s trying my atmost best to be the parent who keeps their children safe. All I ask is to be heard and treated with respect. I am still client of yours I believe.
I cannot find words on how the service agents fail on assisting clients. The first agent I spoke to. I actually had to tell her what to do. I mean why are they there if they cannot even give a simple service 💁🏽♂️. I’m abroad currently I wanted to login my account so i transact/invest but I’m failing due to an OTP. I mean I’m explaining to them that I’m away for the entire year. How/ Why/ Where do Tymebank expect me as a customer to do having given them even proof via email verifying my account and identity. Honestly till this day since business has been going on. I’m told to go the kiosk in order to get helped. Mind you I have been a client with Tymebank for about 5years. Really let’s respect clients and give them the service they deserve. I mean what’s the use of having the people even online for assistance if they can’t help at all, I’m really really disappointed. They even have a number for people who are abroad to call for assistance but clearly a total ****. Tymebank disappointed me. This is just. Not allowed Take consumers queries and resolve or try other ways to in order to resolve and help them. I’m mad . Mr Patrice Motsepe. I respect you a lot. Please do something about this
