It is the insurance that sold me the insurance for loss of income , I paid for 2 full years until now when I lost my income. When the claim is launched they took the whole month to process and came back and my claim is rejected if contract is not renewed hence I understand that nonrenewal of employment contract is also loss income, they have one my offer letter that they kept for years that show that I am a fixed term contract worker but they carried on debited every month so this is open theft since they knew that they will use that against my claim. I feel like they made a fool of me hence the document they are using as my employment offer letter it is not the company that hasn't renewed my contract, please assist how to deal with this situation.
I would like to rate Gloria Hlongwane and Hope at Makro Wonderboom and also Nkateko Mashele (Makro Care) for their enthusiastic service they have provided towards my complain , they were very helpful, untired less in helping to resolve my complain, Well-done and please keep on providing the good service.
I have logged a service request for a fridge that i bought 11 months ago , they told me to go home and the technician will attend to it with in 72 hours i am still waiting for the email or any means of communication from them even today, i called them on their direct contact numbers the keep on say "you are number 59..
