I have ordered a car part online, and the above company sent a false delivery tracking saying my part was delivered, when I asked the contact number and name for local delivery company, none of these were sent to me. I tried checking/tracking number from our local post office and I couldn't track it. My tracking number was as follows AX1000828112CD. I had numerous communication with the following people of which I don't even think they exist, apart from being a ****. faina@easy-ser.com kaelyn@csmysupport.com Both emails are working but there's no customer services from these two. After they could not assist me nor refund me, or track my order they just ignored my email.
