5 star dealership indeed
Natasha from Nates car services is an absolute gem!!!! I was most probably not the easiest customer to satisfy as it might have seemed from the get go but from beginning to end she did above and beyond what I asked for her and really went out of her way to fulfill all my requests and she provided me with exactly the car that I wanted!!! My car was even delivered and I got spoiled with lots of goodies. You guys at Nates are a cut above the rest and Natasha you are one exceptional lady. Thank you for assisting me throughout this journey and making sure I was satisfied with my car and getting it to me so quickly after the paperwork was signed. I am proud to be part of the Nates family and will surely not only be buying from you again in the future but also refer all I know to your dealership. God's richest blessings showered on all of you. BAD BAD BAD RENT TO OWN CARS!!!!! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDABLE!!!!
I received a car of higher mileage than stock list indicated, flew up all the way from the eastern cape to Randburg to get to a car of well over 300 000kms on clock, filthy dirty and ALOT of cosmetic faults, after months of driving the car, and it breaking down inbetween and me fixing it on my own accord, all I asked for was for owner Clifford Holtzhausen to meet me half way and I gave him a couple of options to do so. Its been almost two weeks after I have given back the car and NO WORD FROM HIM OR ANY OF HIS EMPLOYEES WHAT SO EVER. I now want my full deposit of R16 500 back, this case has also been reported to the motor Ombudsman of South africa, I have been nice for long enough and have given you more than one option to meet me half way.

Cheat you out of your money
THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE OF THE STARS SELECTED!!!!! Short and sweet they took thousands of rands from me to "help" me keep my vehicles and still my vehicles got took away from me. MFC stated that if they received my money like Spot a loan actually should have done my vehicles wouldnt been taken away from me. I will now take this case even further as after almost two years of me suffering financially due to the fact that I had to rent to own a vehicle at a extremely high cost Joe the owner of Spot a loan never gets back to me and in the end tells me I had to pay R9000 for paper work???????????????????????????????? He promised with his last whatsapp to me before blocking me that he would send me the supposed paperwork of what made up the R9000?????????? THIS COMPANY ONLY LIES AND *****S ONES MONIES AND I WILL NOW TAKE THIS FURTHER AND PUBLISH IT ALLLLL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA
