Been trying to get a hold of these people for 2 weeks now, I WhatsApped them gave the order number no response, I called no pick up, and now I paid for something I don’t evens have what a bunch of ****mers, wish you guys the best because you’ll be suffering for what you doing to people
My fibre line has been off since the last 7 days consecutively. Extremely disappointed and this service provider is so unreliable, they gave word out that they maintenance is taking place for 2 days, than afterwards it was extended for another day finally they send notification out that it’s been completed and after rebooting it’s still not working, it is so frustrating knowing you paying for someone you can’t utilise and these complaints fall on deaf ears cause they more interested in collecting payments than providing a decent service If you’re considering VUMATEL, I’d strongly recommend you looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration
I’ve been trying to change my wifi password since yesterday 6pm and their service shifts are till 8pm apparently, there’s not evens an option to change my password on my Webafrica profile due to Vumatel and getting through to them is a massive massive head if you do the agents doesn’t even complete your request. Thanks to Juanita W she was eventually able to assist and now I have to wait another 24-72 hours which is ridiculous absolutely pathetic I have people using my wifi and I don’t know how they logged on and now I must wait!
