My issue is with service providers Haval Boksburg and Renew-it Edenvale , my story is long, will try to make it short , my car was in an accident in December 2023, I involved the insurance immediately and they referred it to Renew-it Edenvale for repairs , repairs were done and I received the car back in February, the car had issues which I reported to Renew-it, in the same month that I received the car back it was due for service with Haval Bokburg , I took the car to them informed them to check for me if all damaged were attended, Haval came back with a quote of issues they picked up after service and said they are accident related therefore the panel beater musy take responsibility, I immediately informed the panel beater Renew-it about this , it was back and forth again about who should fix the car, March 22 the car started heating and it was towed to the dealership Haval, I informed the panel beater again ,,I had to lodge a formal complaint against the panel beater for them to collect the car from the Haval to their premises, the car was then collected and repairs done , on or about the 28th of April , Renew- it called to come collect the car and informed me that the other issues quoted were factory faults from Haval, I immediately went to Haval to inform them, that was on the 28th April, whilst I was there we opened the front of the car only to discover that the engine cover and water bottle was missing , Haval said when the car was with them they never opened it , the following day I sent an email to Renew-it about the missing parts , they have since provided pictures that the parts where there there , Haval on the other hand doesn't not take pics , between the two service providers non of them wants to take responsibility of replacing these parts , Im driving around in a Car with missing parts and dont know what further damages could this be causing to the car , it's been back and forth and now non of them is saying anything , I'm frustrated and this has caused a lot of stress for me , I want to those parts replaced and one of these service providers must do that , the car was in both their premises at some point , they can't now say they are both not responsible , PLEASE HELP ME
Renew- it Bedfordview services starts of as if they care until you pay them their access, since the beginning of March I have had no joy at all from them , taken from Pillar to post to non responsiveness, my car was in accident in December, the insurance recommended them , the car was only attend to in January and I received it mid February, the car already had a tyre problem which I reported and their response was that the my car dealership will clear it, I am not sure how was dealership supposed to fix a problem that was not created by them ,that same week , I realised the aircon is not working, the hooter is malfunctioning, the left front side the sensor is not working, the car makes a vibration sound when it turns , the car was taken to to the dealership which I informed them the car was in accident and I'm not satisfied with the panel beaters work , they checked the car for me and informed that the car was not properly fixed , they compiled a quote for me which I sent to renew it the following day , to date no one has bothered to provide me with a solution not respond to my emails , instead they want to remove my car from Haval Boksburg to Haval Edenvale with reason that don't make sense to me , I asked them at who's cost will that be done , no response it's been 5 days now, I don't have transport to work , I'm using my data and airtime to call no one response , the device is *** , no quality assurance done on the vehicle because if it was done and Haval muad approved then we wouldn't have this issues , the insurance paid these people to fix my car, it not my fault they failed to do a good job and why should I suffer for it , they also guaranteed that should I experience any problems they would assist , clearly that is all lies, poor customer service , poor quality assurance , I will further escalate these to the panel beater ombudsman and radio 702 , I will not tolerate all this
