The most terrible service
This is terrible service, I booked my son trio from Durban to Midrand bus at 18h45 he arrived in time got in bus then taken out of he was told his bus is 19h30, then when I. Petermarisburg he was changed to another bus. They are terrible and are late seems to have no system to over see over booking. My child is in danger and with other passengers. The bus will definitely not arrive in time at Jhb

Service failure
After I previously put my matter on hello Peter (7 May 2025) they took less than 5 minutes to respond and apologize. They they said the will review and sent my matter to underwriters and give me report and then thats it, no futher update. it seem they only do PR with hello Peter they are actually ******. the speed at which they respond to hello Peter is not aligned to thier competence

Storm damage
Non resposive claimed lodged 3 April 2025, They send *********** service provide, the send second one after complaint. the have processed his qoutes. they not giving is feedback after several follows and we wrote emails. even yesterday we callled to follow up on email we wrote about follow. completely unprofessional
