Was contacted by Tracy from Platinum Life regarding downgrading my policy, very helpful and issue sorted effectively
Paid them an initial callout of R900 to diagnose and quote on repairs to my whirlpool icemaker, then paid them a further R5400 to import and replace the unit, which they did, icemaker still doesn't make ice and i have had multiple promises to return and fix it over the last month, do not use these people, they are are ****s and ******.
