Please do not attempt repairing Whirlpool appliances. The official repair team is a batch of ****sters. Please avoid. They cannot repair Whirlpool appliances. They will give you the run around, refuse to refund your money. Listed address in emails and invoices is empty. The number 011 394 1544 is never picked up. Their list of excuses: Our phones have been down for 2 days, the person incharge of refunds lost her father, I was gong to refund your money but was called to my child's school.. the list is endless

We are very unhappy Whirlpool clients and this is solely because of their approved repairer - Appliance 365 who doesn't believe in any sort of customer service. :( We called them out on the 23 Dec 2024 and they came to look at our oven and we were told that it was our thermostat that was faulty. They said they did not have stock and would need to order and so it completely ruined our Christmas lunch as I was hosting 12 people and I had planned a gourmet lunch as I am a talented cook. So we had to outsource to Woolies. Yes, we took a while to make payment for the invoice and payment was done on the 14 Feb and emailed to Appliance 365 however its no excuse for Appliance 365 behaving in the poor manner they have been since receiving payment. There has been no response from Appliance 365 at all. We tried calling and their phone number just goes unanswered. I then found the contact number for the technician Nkosi Khumalo and reached out to him on the 3 March. He asked for a copy of the invoice and proof of payment which we sent him that same day and he said he would check with the office and come back to me the following day, except he didn't and he just ignored my two messages to him asking for the update he had promised. Then on Wed 5 March, he sent me a screenshot which showed that our replacement part (thermostat) was expected to arrive on Fri 7 March. On Monday 10 March I chased after Nkosi and he said the part arrived over the weekend and that dispatch would be done that day then he will call me and arrange installation. I called Nkosi on Friday 14 March to ask for an update and reminded him that the part was meant to have arrived a week ago and he said he would check with the office and get back to me and regrettably I never heard back from him. We are now gatvol of Appliance 365 as they are behaving like ****sters as once we paid them their office doesn't reply to any email nor are they reachable by phone. We made payment on the 14 Feb and it's now the 17 March and Appliance 365 could not care one bit that we have no working oven. This utter lack of any sort of customer service has left us with such a bitter taste in our month that we are considering throwing out our oven and buying a brand new oven from one of Whilrpool's competitors.

Our Whirlpool fridge/freezer stopped cooling, and we turned to Appliance 365, a service partner of Whirlpool Appliances, for help. We were required to pay over R4000.00 upfront for the necessary diffuser parts, with a promised delivery time of two weeks. However, five weeks have now passed, and Appliance 365 has been avoiding our calls around the clock. Their communication is virtually non-existent, making us question whether they even ordered the parts. Frank and Nkosi from Appliance 365 have consistently failed to show up on scheduled installation dates and have demonstrated a disturbing lack of honesty and professionalism. The service provided by Whirlpool and Appliance 365 has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

Paid them an initial callout of R900 to diagnose and quote on repairs to my whirlpool icemaker, then paid them a further R5400 to import and replace the unit, which they did, icemaker still doesn't make ice and i have had multiple promises to return and fix it over the last month, do not use these people, they are are ****s and ******.

Team came out to repair my dishwasher. Charged me R1850 for “programming”. Within 5 minutes of them leaving the dishwasher was no longer working. I contacted them and was told they are doing a u-turn - 7 hours later they returned, looked at the machine and I was then asked to video the dishwasher as I switched it on and send it to the cell number I was given so that they could determine what the fault was, which I did. As at todays date, no reply from the technician. This was seven days ago

I had my Whirpool Washing machine "Gearbox" replaced. And it is still not working. Appliance 365 T/A Entrener PTY, does not honour their warranty and ignore all message and emails. Worst service ever! I am sure they did not replace the part and I had to pay R2500!
