On Monday 29 December 2025 I went to the McDonalds trade route mall drive through and place my order at 10:06 for 2 meals. I got to the collection window at 10:08 and waited at the collection window for over 15 minutes. While waiting I asked the lady what is taking so long this is a drive through and I never come to sit in, she told me that they are busy with breakfast and I ordered things not feom the breakfast menu. Eventually my food came but my cuppacino and got chocolate didnt come. Now I had to wait even longer and coffee and hot chocolate are things people buy for breakfast. I asked to pls spk to the manager wgo came to the window and did not wven say a word she just looked at me and didnt even engage even when i was explaining to her the issue. I got the sense that people did not want to work during this festive period and i was not happy about that . I also found the manager to be very dismissive and not solutions driven. While waiting for my drinks the car behind me hooted for me to drive off but I hadn't gotten my entire meal so I couldn't drive off. This then escalated where a lady from the car behind me jumped out of her car and approached me. I explained to her that I am waiting for food this lady then began to verbally abuse me so I tried to deescalate the situation and rolled up my window , this lady then started hitting her fists on my car window and verbally abusing me. I am very upset about the situation where the customers behind me approached me and tried to physically abuse me and did damage my vehicle however I feel like thi should have been avoided had the staff of McDonalds be efficient in their services I also want to state that McDonalds is not a small hickey mouse company they are an international brand and things like being short staffed and inefficient planning cannot be pegged on the customer. I am very dissapointed with both McDonalds and the client behind who felt they had a right to get involved in a situation that had nothing to do with them. If McdlDonalds Trade route mall lenasia cannot sustain a drive through they should close it down but they shouldn't give the illusion of a drive through when fine dining food take quicker.
I work in Woodmead so at work I use the McDonald's in Woodmead. The service at this Woodmead is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been having endless issues with the McDonald's. The Staff are very rude when you escalate to the manager she is even more rude. They do not help with the issue. I was left in the drive thru while explaining to the manager what issue i had with a staff member that took my order. In the end the i resorted to leaving the drive Thru and going to KFC because i was very hungry and a staff member cannot take an order down correctly. I feel like the staff at this McDonald's take the customers for granted so they do not put anyt effort into the service rthey provide. I have been to the McDonalds 3 times in 2025 and not once have they gotten my order correct. The one time i found this out when i got back to the office , i ordered a burger and was given Nuggets, when i went back, the staff were all arguing with each other about who made the mistake rather than fixing the order and getting me out of there. The manager spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I am her child later in the conversation the manager spoke to me in a threatening tone as if I am scared of her. Besides the poor service this is now overstepping on my human rights.
