Avoid Storage King at all cost
We had a negative experience with Storage King. They brought far too few containers for our belongings (estimation of containers based on our supp**** inventory), and took very long to pack our belongings on collection. They then charged us a 70% increase from the original invoice (due to the additional containers) and threatened to hold out our belongings hostage unless we paid in full prior to delivery. On delivery at our new address, a number of items were broken. We have emailed them about this at the beginning of February and have not received a response to date.

Efficient service
Eezi Move assisted us with moving furniture from Pietermariztburg to Pretoria. On both sides, they arrived ahead of time (calling beforehand to ensure it was okay to come early), packed and unpacked efficiently and without fuss, were friendly, tidy and organised, and everything arrived without a scratch.
