Unsatisfied
I was given different information about a payment I am meant to receive from them. I even got an email with when I would receive the funds. I then called in and the lady I spoke to told me something completely different. She was cold on the call and kept on repeating the process like I didn't understand. My issue was that why am I get different information from different people from discovery. Are they not uniform. Who do I then believe.

Bad attitude
I had a bad experience today. I was in the ackermans at wonderboom junction in pretoria. I was with my child and sister. I was at the till point and my child's lolly fell on the floor. I didn't want to leave it there as it was common decency to pick it up. I asked the teller if there were and Dustbins around the store where I could throw it but she said no. I should go out the store to look for a trash bin. I asked again if there are any Dustbins in there store and she said NO and pointed me out of the store. I was really unimpressed with her attitude. Her named tag said Priscilla but on the receipt there was a different name.

Disappointed
I went to the crispy Kreme in kollannade by checkers mall today to get my daughter a treat.. I was so disappointed. The lady stared at me and called another college to assist me while she was busy on her phone..I stood there for quite some time in front of her.. when she realized the other lady was not coming she asked what I wanted and then got so distracted from her phone that I even walked away... I think she probably didn't realized that I walked away the way she was glued to her phone..
