We bought a blackview tablet for R2000. In February 2024. This month August the screen broke and and we contacted incredible connection to enquire abot the cost of repair. They wanted R480 up front for collection. Which is absolutely ridiculous. But be that as it may, we got in touch with the agents for Blackview, to replace the screen would total R1500. Which they don't keep stock of (since when do agents not carry repair stock, poor planning and maintenance of that department manager) for an item that retails for R2000. It's absolutely absurd to charge that amount of money which is way beyond economical to repair. Sorry but I will never ever again buy nor suggest to anyone this particular brand.
We took our sons mountain bike for a simple tube replacement, paid and went home. My son returned home the following day from a sleep over, and was over the moon his bike was good to go. Not even 5 minutes later the same tube has burst. The tyre was never seated correctly, the tube based on speaking to the salesman was under inflated, that's why the tube burst, so we paid AGAIN, and wouldn't you know it, it happened again, under inflated, half the tyre was off the rim. And they claim zero responsibility. Well, that's perfectly ok, we got you, you give zero F@@@@ks about your customers, you care about our money that's it. Cajees Alberton you will suffer the karma of bad business. And having read the plathora of bad reviews on hello Peter, I'm honestly amazed your doors are still open.
