So I spoke to a consultant named Kate from Absa home loans a few minutes ago. I was so anxious at first but this lady made me feel like I was having a conversation with a friend. My anxiety disappeared completely. Thank u so so much Kate! Ur amazing!!! Keep doing what ur doing my love. My husband spoke to her a few weeks ago and got the same exceptional experience.

This company claims to be outstanding but doesnt have the decency to at least let the candidates know if their applications were accepted or not. Secondly...iv been at their hq 4 years ago and the vibe seems like if ur not a certain religion ur not welcome cold vibe all round. Take ur jobs adds off indeed cz its really a waste of time to us who r looking honest work.
I'm trying to update my bank details with Vuma who refers me to Payfast who can't even send me a link to my new email address. Why wont Vuma have an alternative way for clients to make payments...iv spoken to 5 of their consultants yesterday and no one can help me. I'm being g sent from pillar to post just because they won't update my details and paymaster sending me a link to an old email...I'm sick and tired. My calls and emails go unanswered. I have everyone's name whom I spoke to so if someone does not contact me today I will be sending more and more complaints on other platforms. If one of ur agents could just get a hold of payfast and advise them to send me a link so I can update my bank card and schedual a debit order. I'm working from home and this is going to cost me my job.
Yesterday iv sent numerous emails, tried chatting to their so call live chat and made about 20 calls just sothat they can send me a link for me to update my bank details in order for me to make a payment to afrihost for them to activate my wifi. I honestly don't know why anyone would be using this payfast company as their contact numbers dnt exist and no one replies to emails.iv decided to go through to their Rondebosch office today if no one is willing to help me. I just need to make a payment..how hard can that be? Someone better respond and give me something to work with .PS..pls get a customer service team as the rest of ur sales team are no good.
