Bought a plain croissant by the Kenilworth branch in Access Park on Monday 18/11/2024 and had it this morning however the bottom piece is f the croissant was raw inside like it was completely unbaked. Wish I could post the pictures I took of it on here to show how bad it was. #BLACKFRIDAY
Mochacos SEA POINT So firstly they don’t even give any sauce with the chips and it’s not even like the burger is juicy that you won’t need it the burger was average and not saucy enough. I ordered a double chicken burger then fries on the side, now the cashier asked me if I wanted the meal ( fries and a cool drink) but I said no JUST THE BURGER and the fries extra. Then he asked me JUST THE BURGER and I said yes JUST THE BURGER. So when I got my food, we ate on the grass by the sea point promenade I saw that they gave me a single chicken burger, now it was pass boeka time and I was hungry already so I just took a picture of the single patty burger and said I’ll go back after we eat cause then I can just get the difference between a single and a double which was about R20. “Note that I paid for my friends meal also so I didn’t really look at the amount on the slip because I knew it was going to be more than just my order” Now my friend ordered a quarter chicken and chips also no sauce and his chicken was so dry like just spiced and no Marinade. So after we ate we went back to Mochacos and they take your slip in when you get your order because they put it on that *****ly thing to show it is completed but I remembered my order number. So they checked my order and said no I SAID THAT I WANTED A SINGLE BURGER because apparently when he said JUST THE BURGER that means a single burger but to me he asked me if I wanted a meal so I said no and he asked JUST THE BURGER so obviously I said yes because I didn’t want the drink that was part of the meal combo but also I kept saying double burger but because I said yes to JUST THE BURGER which apparently means a single patty to them I was in the wrong. Now I wouldn’t have mind if he had just told me I’m sorry I heard you incorrectly but to say it was my fault when he was the one that used the incorrect terms, now that ****ed me off because I know what I said and gave a correct order for a double burger. So in all would probably not buy again then besides the ****py service experience, the food was just sauce less.
