Pathetic customer service
Nibbly bits Durbanville pathetic service from the cashier and Manager... incorrect prices on shelves no acknowledgement from them... customer service is a Zero will never buy from them again!!!!!I work in retail and know about customer service so this is terrible service from them

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
I was looking for a Vanilla Cake for my husbands birthday, apparently they ran out so fast because I could not find a single one. I emailed Nibbly Bits in Retreat and Alison was so nice and professional, she kept constant communication, made sure to let me know they had it on stock on time and she kept one for me. I can't recommend that shop enough and in general the Nibbly Bits team, my go to store for anything. Thank you massively!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

Raw Croissant
Bought a plain croissant by the Kenilworth branch in Access Park on Monday 18/11/2024 and had it this morning however the bottom piece is f the croissant was raw inside like it was completely unbaked. Wish I could post the pictures I took of it on here to show how bad it was. #BLACKFRIDAY

Pathetic would be a word under deserving for such A business This is a business that is in severe need of learnings on Customer service, and most definitely good business practice. Shocking shocking business operation . if anything,this has left a distasteful feeling, since they couldn't even get my order to me.

Disrespectful
Standing for about 10mins in a line.... Someone else makes her own line on the other side of the shop.... And 2 people stands behind her.... Knowing full well iv been standing there first.... The cashier says next customer and the lady who made a line AFTER me goes... This happens for about 3 times.... Im standing Infront of the cashiers and the blatantly ignore me... So I put my basket down and walked out... Extremely disrespectful and disgusting
