Pathetic service , cannot even get anyone at the gateway store to answer my call, to find out why they abandoned my order. The behavior continues ***** ,
I am battling to get Momentum to Resolve an Issue, which they have sent me on a goose chase. I have had a claim come off savings, and after running around checking with lancet, and Dr who req bloods to be done ,all correct codes were used for it to come off chronic??? i have called numerous times, been reassured it was resolved, yet the claims still show they have come off savings. very very frustrating
**** Service ! Woolies dash , is a pathetic service, Lying to customers , holding no accountability lying and outright theft ! Absolutely pathetic
Pathetic would be a word under deserving for such A business This is a business that is in severe need of learnings on Customer service, and most definitely good business practice. Shocking shocking business operation . if anything,this has left a distasteful feeling, since they couldn't even get my order to me.
i cannot begin to Explain how appalled i am ! i do do not know if there is not audit/Check process before an item leaves the warehouse, but to have my dishwasher delivered in such a warped and bent state, is shocking to say the least ! Either the warehouse dispatching could not care or the transporter didnt secure the item. but to send such a badly damaged item !!!! order 139601850
hi, i am a momentum customer, and cannot find anyone who can actually take me seriously. in Oct (16 Oct) a claim was made, I'm told that payment will be released in Nov (17th). Iv been given an array of Reason, such as incoorect dates ( which the vendor sent me act submission & it had correct dates) , so proof Momentum stuffed up. Then today im told wrong Tariff ?? why and how is the narrative so inconsistent ? I find this just poor service, and i'd like to understand how to escalate , as my tone would rather convey just how irate i am. To make a customer jump through these many hoops is just disappointing. when it is time to collect membership payment in the month, there is no Date issue etc, but now its like pulling out your teeth to just get a consistent service, scratch that , to get service at all
Pathetic Service. I had ordered an item on the site, only to be emailed that , there was an error on the qty. still the item was advertised , and when i placed the order again, it was rejected,However The site still continued to Promote and sell as if this item was available ! FALSA ADVERTISING. Why is it so hard to correct stock, coupled with that still no refund
Nwj has a whatsapp number, which in effect, doesn't work, as no one responds, I suggest removing that as a means of contact. The online store clearly doesn't work either, I purchased a gift for mothers day, expecting that, if item was in stock , availability would not be an issue. I know have to shapely explain to my wife that her first mother's day gift will not be arriving? I can understand if whe purchase, the re was some sort of heads up that it would not be here in time. But trying to get a hold of relevant people ,is like catching smoke with your hands. I cannot begin to articulate my level of irritation and annoyance. If this is to be expected for customer service, then the rude awakening def made the imprint it desired. Just very disappointing , b3cause what was meant to be a wonderful mother's day, is gone as an empty incomplete day. Very sad
i have logged a return on the 10 March, its almost 2 weeks later, and still no communication, on when the item will be collected let alone refunded. 01823038 This is really ridiculous , it surely cannot be such a difficult process to return, and refund. Why is it always such, that when purchases are done, its quick to take payment, but such a tedious process to return an item, because it doesn't work.
really pathetic, that as a retailer, they make the same mistake twice, on the exact same item, selling something, and then claiming stock items. Why advertise again ? It is ridiculous to make a customer a joke. Nothing super about the name let alone the way it conducts its business
