I would give less if i could. i have been trying to get help from beginning of the year on a legal matter and all i get 24 to 48 hours. willing to take your money very very fast but no service what so ever I want full refund of the last 5 months on payments.
This is what i get from ABSA after 3000 mails sent this week alone. And the sad thing is this is not a liquidation it is a deceased estate. Everything was in place and paid for and sorted with my late moms policies and all that jazz. The executer ; Aanda.Magwaza just bluntly refuses to answer my mails or just decided to curt me out of everything. Please be advised that the administration of a deceased estate is governed by strict legal procedures, which must be followed to ensure compliance with the Administration of Estates Act and the requirements of the Master of the High Court. In this matter, a Liquidation and Distribution Account can only be drafted once all relevant information and supporting documentation have been received, including the guarantee arising from the sale of the immovable property. The guarantee confirms the availability of funds and enables us to accurately reflect the assets, liabilities, and proposed distribution in the account. Once the Liquidation and Distribution Account has been prepared, it is submitted to the Master of the High Court for examination and approval. At the same time, the account is shared with all beneficiaries for transparency and review. The Master may raise queries or request amendments, which must be addressed before permission is granted to proceed further. After the Master is satisfied, a formal query sheet is issued authorizing us to advertise the account. The account is then advertised and lies open for inspection at both the Master’s Office and the Magistrate’s Office for a period of 21 days. This inspection period allows any interested party or beneficiary to lodge objections, should there be any concerns regarding the account. Once the 21-days inspection period has expired and no objections have been received, or once any objections have been resolved to the Master’s satisfaction, we will distribute the funds to all beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions and conditions of the Will. Please be advised that we have collected all the funds in the estate . My apologies for any inconvenience caused by the timeframes involved and sincerely apologies if it appeared that we were ignoring your correspondence. No communication and no answering of phones want to get feedback on my late moms estate and for a month nd half we are not getting any answers what so ever. I called with no help and mailed literally over a 1000 mails to 'tshedza.mukhithi@absa.africa'
IF i could i would give them even worse score. I have been on hold for about 2 hours today just to close my credit card. first hour was in a brance with 0% resolve. And on top of all, the moment I want to close a personal loan sooner I get fined almost R 1000 just because I am paying my debt of sooner. This is one of the reasons why left Standard ******* bank. worst bank when it comes to this.
Motor warranty. I git this as it gave me the peace of mind for those big repairs if needed. My car goes vir its service as clock work. And has a full service history as well. So today 5/8/2024 it went for it service and the repair center i formed me that my cooling system and part of drivetrain needs to be repaired and replaced. So i submitted the claim per outsurance app. And not even 6 min after that they called me. To confirm the claim and inform about access. So 5 hours after that no answer nor any feedback at all. I had to call and email about 3 to 4 times. So when i did get hold of some one i was told i have to wait 60 days for any claims. But when i got the cover it asked do you want to becover from that point or at specific date. So i said at thatmpoint and got a mail to inform about the prorata. And every time i call i get the message that the number is not available at this point. They will send them a mail to call back. But no one does. So what is this cover good for ? Whey not say have to wait 60 days for any claims to be submitted at all. Why put important infonlike this at such small print that it will be missed 99% of the time. DO NOT GET THIS AT ALL FROM THEM
My contract ended over a year ago I called and it got canceld but my netstar go is not canceld. When I asked netstar to cancel they said it is canceld. And now I see they are taking it again. And now they say it is 30 notice and have to pay one more time but I gave them over 12 months notice. And still taking my money. Stay away from these people the steel from you openly.
