BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE @POLAR ICE CREAM MITCHELL'S PLAIN
I have neeever come across such a RUDE, impolite and ill-mannered person in my life. Not sure if the guy is a manager or what but his behaviour is appalling. Not only is he rude to the customers but the staff as well. He got so angry because I had many coins and said he doesn't have time for people who had 'change' because I'm an inconvenience to his customers. After that he left me hanging and told my cousin there was no more Strawberry sensation but a minute later he got angry at one of the staff members that he sold us the very same Strawberry sensation that was apparently ''no more". He continued to swear the guy and said that the Strawberry sensation was for his customers. The other day he got into a dispute with some ladies because of his disgusting behaviour. Instead of telling them nicely to please queue outside he got angry and started insulting them. His behaviour is totally unacceptable he can't be working with people and continue to behave as if he's working with animals. Not even animals deserve that kind of behaviour. @Polar ice cream you really need to do something about this, imagine your entire day being ruined by someone when you're already going through a lot only because he thinks it's okay to behave like that. He is nothing compared to the other staff members because they are so nice and friendly. This guy needs to be dealt with

I have never come across such a rude human being in my life. @Polar Ice cream Mitchell's Plain, not sure whether the guy is a manager or what but hyoooooo I've never felt so insulted in my life calling my money 'change'. Not only is he rude to the customers but the staff as well. The other day some ladies ended up not buying because he was rude to them as well, instead of telling them nicely to please queue outside he started shouting and swearing at them. Something needs to be done about his behaviour, he is not supposed to be working with people with that attitude.

Online agent
Bad customer service from one of your online agents. Not only were they taking too long to reply but it's like you need to tell them how to do their job. Not helpful at all, the service was appalling.

Unknown package
I have been trying to get in touch with an agent in the post office contact center with no luck. For the past week I have been put on hold waiting to speak to an agent for at least 30 minutes. When I go to the post office which has my package (Khayelitsha) I'm being told I have to wait for communication to say I must collect my order but I have shown them multiple emails and they told me they don't have the package instead they gave me a wrong package which had the same name as mine but different last name. The service is so bad, they seem like they are doing you a favor for even looking.
