The agent, Arcel, was so kind and patient. She sympathized with me and gave me, no only, a stress-free experience but also reassurances for the road moving forward. If Platinum Life could hire her 10 times over, it still wouldn't be enough.
Fast and diligent service experienced. The campus was clean and organized. I asked a staff member to point me towards the reception, she asked a student to take her things, then proceeded to show me the way. She took an interest in my choice of study and encouraged me not to feel limited after I complete my course. I'd highly recommend this campus. They offer part time classes too, so there's no reason not to register.
Nobody understands their medical aid, not really. I called the contract center and spoke to a friendly lady (Noksie), she was patient with me and answered my questions, and all the follow-up questions, she did it thoroughly with understanding. I'm pretty sure she 'dumbed it down' for me. Which I appreciated, as I didn't have a comprehensive glossary at hand with all the lingo. 17/10 excellent.
Terrible experience dealing with all departments. When arriving at the branch the staff was sitting around with coffee chatting. Although seen and acknowledged, they just continued, I had to walk into a random office and ask for help, I guess the guy was important, because when he told them to assist, 3 of them ran over. The service department was equally dismal, I requested they take the pictures for a claim on the manufacturer warranty. When I enquire 5 weeks later, they said no request was made. After I complained on the survey, the Branch manager contacted me and asked that I return. Another query was, allegedly, loaded. But 5 months down the line, despite numerous follow up calls and mails. Nobody has gotten back to me. If there was a zero star option, I'd choose it.
