Uber eats and mac donals have the worst service and customer care they debit you payment for an order but will never assist u when it goes wrong o refund u they just ignore u
Uber eats are rogues its numerous times I have ordered from mac donals and received burnt food or the wrong order or my entire combo be missing when u upload the pics and need customer support to help they dont refund u o even assist u and sometimes respond after days ..im a high risk pregnant woman who craves mac d and be starving using my last money to get my meal and they dont even refund u0 replies

Milk got spoilt while still sealed and its not kept in direct sunlight or im any high temperature for it to go off
I purchased 6 pack milk i use 3 and by the time I got to the other 3 it got spoilt the seal box bloated and puff up... I contacted them and they told me someone will call me back and assist me and no one has... this is poor customer service and I am a good customer I always buy first choice long life... I am very disappointed about the poor customer service and the ability to help me. Its been 1 week now and no feedback.2 replies
