Milk got spoilt while still sealed and its not kept in direct sunlight or im any high temperature for it to go off
I purchased 6 pack milk i use 3 and by the time I got to the other 3 it got spoilt the seal box bloated and puff up... I contacted them and they told me someone will call me back and assist me and no one has... this is poor customer service and I am a good customer I always buy first choice long life... I am very disappointed about the poor customer service and the ability to help me. Its been 1 week now and no feedback.

Poor quality first choice milk
I purchased 5 x 2lt of first choice milk and all 5 was off. I am absolutely dissapointed cause I do catering an my ingredients was all damaged as the milk best before was on the 7 of December but expired an off. I need assistance in regards to my query. Complaint Regarding Spoiled Fresh Choice Milk Purchased on Friday
Hi there, I purchased two 2-litre Fresh Choice milk bottles from Take n Win Arbour Town on Friday. Although both bottles are marked to expire on 8 December, the milk turned out to have a clumpy texture, giving the impression that it is sour even though the taste seems normal. This was deeply off-putting, and unfortunately a waste of money, as none of our kids are comfortable drinking it due to the texture. Please advise on how this can be resolved,
