Hi there, I purchased two 2-litre Fresh Choice milk bottles from Take n Win Arbour Town on Friday. Although both bottles are marked to expire on 8 December, the milk turned out to have a clumpy texture, giving the impression that it is sour even though the taste seems normal. This was deeply off-putting, and unfortunately a waste of money, as none of our kids are comfortable drinking it due to the texture. Please advise on how this can be resolved,
Impeccable service by Belinda De Beer I recently moved into a new rental and was assigned to Belinda De Beer as a property agent. From the beginning of the vetting process right through to the day we got handed our keys, she was fully present and very professional and helpful. Various times, she went beyond the call of her duty without any complaints or changes in demeanour. I commend her for her patience and professionalism. Thanks Belinda, for making this process so seamless and less stressful than I thought it would be ❤️❤️❤️
My experience with Bed Studio has been of a poor standard. After lay buying a Head Board through them, on the date my item was meant to be completed ad ready for collection- I got no update from the store to inform me why it was late. I visited the store and was told they'd call me which they did not. By Mid December I visited the store again in Galleria Mall , Amanzimtoti, and was told they'd lost a supplier and therefore facing some internal delays. They promised to call in January 15 when suppliers opened- little did I know, the branch was actually shutting down. 25th of January I visited the branch after not receiving a call, only to find their doors closed. After made numerous attempts via email and telephonically, requesting a refund but keep getting told that the matter has been escalated to finance. Sharleen, who seems to be in charge of finance is not responding to any of my emails regarding my request. I am beyond ****ed and want my full refund back!
I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from this department.For a month and a half since we moved into our new home , we have been without water.Only two of us in our neighbourhood have been affected by this as the main pipe we are connected to has previously been noted by the municipality to have a defective pressure pump.I have made numerous attempts to contact the municipality telephonically and via whatsapp but have been receiving empty promises of them looking into it.My mother is diebetic and deaf and has struggled immensely to survive without running clean water during the day in her day to day life.Today I received a respomce via whatsapp from a somebody called Andile who says that our case was closed ages ago as a plumber had reported to have gone to the area and fixed the matter which is untrue.We even went directly to the offices to ask to be reconnected to the functioning pipe that most of our neighbours are connected to , to which the supervisor said was not allowed ( despite numerous other municipality waters had advised was doable ) and promised us instead a waterka would be sent to help us .Needless to say, to this day, no running water.A gross violation to our human rights
Morning all..I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the service at St Augustine hospital.A friend of mine who is 9months pregnant and with a kidney infection is receiving the worst of treatment as it it.She was admitted last night.She requested a jug of water last night as she gets pretty thirsty during the night, and is still waiting for the miracle water this morning.Her bed remote to elevate the bed has not been working so she had quite an uncomfortable night with her aching back.Her bell has been rung several times to try and get the attention of nurses yet nobody has stepped in to assist her.No nurse has stepped in today to check if her baby is fine despite her being ill and the little one being a breach baby.The nurses keep walking in and out meeting every demand of the lady next to her , yet flatly ignoring her as though she is just a visitor not needing any supervision..She says a lady has just been brought in, and now the very amped nurses are all flocking her now and still ignoring her...What channels does one follow to reporting such treatment.She had to pull the drip out herself because it had been two hours since it finished and nobody had taken it out..I'd go int
Dear Steers.I am utterly disappointed and am fuming right now at how you have deceived us customers by advertising an appetising meal, yet serving us something we could probably get on a food stand.Today I ordered a Maxi-king burger meal as well as the steak roll meal.Once the food was ready, i was completely shocked and angry at how I had been misled into purchasing an expensive idea of a meal not even worth half of what I had paid for.I have worked for many restaurants and UNDERSTAND that what is advertised doesnt neccesarily always come out axactly like the picture displayed, but good grief,atleast get close enough.If i had wanted a few small pieces of steak with lettuce and tomato on a HOTDOG ROLL, iwould've stayed at home rather and made that meal.The lady at the till apologised, and said unfortunetly that is what the rolls company has been asked to deliver.The picture on your screens is positioned in such a deceiving way that it appears to be a subroll.What you have done here is has gone against the ASASA code of conduct, that says that all advertisements made must be honest, and must not be misleading in any way.I am highly disappointed and annoyed by this
Hi there.I am a 21 year old student currently living away from home because of school.My mother has finally managed to build her own house yet sadly has been suffering for over a year buying paraffin and lighting toxic stoves that leave an ashy unpleasant smell in every item in the house.She has been waiting for the installation of electricity for over a year now yet still, no response whatsoever from the Municipality.I have sent emails trying to figure out when they will come yet still no response.A week ago she fell asleep,after an exhausting day at work, with the primastove on yet luckily I was there and woke up to a house full of smoke as some material had caught on fire.Panick stricken, I have devoted to myself to solving this problem.Everyday, for the past week I have been calling them yet nobody ever answers!Today I ended up calling the Ethekwini Municipality who transferred me to them yet apon me waiting , they dropped the call.I am so sick and tired of the municipality, especially in Pinetown slacking.How will this tale end next time?Will they come only once she makes newspaper cover pages for burning alive after falling asleep with a candle oR stove on?Super annoyed
Hi there.I am emailing you this letter with the hopes of getting an improvement on the following CHICKEN LICKEN restaurant in Lancers Road,Durban.This is not the first time I have been appalled by the level of dirtiness as well as the sad service we keep receiving time and time again.Last time, there were cobwebs on the ceiling,rows and rows of dirty tables with flies having a party on a scorching hot day.Today early in the morning at 9am, the floors looked as though they hadn't tasted cold water and soap in ages.As for the food that my friend and I had ordered was drier than my heels on a cold day.The delux Texas burger I had ordered, had suddenly shot up to R40 rand, from R34.90.Not only was I appalled by the sudden ridiculous increase, I then took a closer look at what was now so different about it,only to be greeted by an old crusty bun that just fell apart as I held it in my hands, as well as a dry tasteless double patty.The screen had described the overpriced meal as NEW yet all that was new was my now strong disappointment in a fast food item I have only been able to down ever since I got pregnant.Please sort this out asap.
