Complaint Regarding Spoiled Fresh Choice Milk Purchased on Friday
Hi there,
I purchased two 2-litre Fresh Choice milk bottles from Take n Win Arbour Town on Friday. Although both bottles are marked to expire on 8 December, the milk turned out to have a clumpy texture, giving the impression that it is sour even though the taste seems normal.
This was deeply off-putting, and unfortunately a waste of money, as none of our kids are comfortable drinking it due to the texture.
Please advise on how this can be resolved,
