Hi Peter is Merriam Sethole my daughter was a CBD Resident at Pretoria from 2021 at AJO Building,235 Visagie Street, Pretoria Contact (012 322 0277),she move to CBD Resident Foundation Building,129 Madiba Street, Pretoria last 2023 the owner is the same person I pay admission fee of R2000 at AJO when she move to Foundation I pay 2800 all in all is 4800 which is the refund I must get when she left at resident January 2024,since she submitted refund form on the 15January 2024 they say we will receive the money in 31days which pass long since I have being calling every week same story, now the amount change to 3600 they say they took some of the money for service which I don't understand why. Hi there,Is Merriam a Nedbank Client I have experience poor service, since last week on 25 March I have transferred the amount of 3000 into my Capitec account ,I have lodged the complain the money didn't go through to Capitec account because Nedbank Payshap locked and they have promised me to get the revisal to my account till now I still waiting,I call them everyday they told me the same story .I went to bank ,3times same response, they don't call me back to show they care I have to call them.
