On the 19th of June I Ordered some groceries to be delivered to my workplace they did not deliver and it showed up as delivered and when I went in there was a picture of a package which was presumably mine being held up no surroundings nothing I complained and said my order was not delivered they said unfortunately I was not available and the driver tried to get hold of me And therefore I cannot have a refund I told him that that is not true that Driver did not try and get a hold of me I have the call log to show can they show me there evidence and I will show them mine and they kept on closing the call and saying unfortunately I am not eligible for a refund don’t want to refund I want my groceries are paid for them if you can’t give me my groceries let me know where I can fetch them but Uber customer service does not care surely as a consumer I have rights and I will be lodging with consumer complaints. I actually feel ****med by the driver
Booking my son’s 21st birthday at Fire Room Mall of Africa has proven to be the most painful experience ever. Last minute they tell me of new terms and conditions that will cost me an additional 8000 rands that I don’t have I’ve booked a private room and paid for it and also a deposit for the food. If I could I would change the venue even though it’s tomorrow. They have mixed and different messages. I don’t know what to do or who to complain to. They basically say that because I’ve increased the number of people attending I have to choose a more expensive menu. This was supposed to be the best day for my son. Shouldn’t terms and conditions be explained before booking? Shouldn’t it be on the contract?
