It is easy to make policy changes or submit claims.
I'm waiting for an international parcel that arrived at the SA Post Office on the 14th of April. When I track it online, it tells me that it is in SA, but it seems that since it's arrival it has not been processed. A visit to the local Post Office came to the same conclusion. My attempts to call the customer service resulted in waiting loops of 20 minutes and more with the message that a service agent will attend to my call shortly. "Your call is important to us blah, blah, blah...." My emails to customer service have also been ignored, no reply ever. SA Post Office is a total disgrace!!!! I'm surprised that they even know the phrase customer service, but they surely don't know what it is.
