My insurer sent my BMW X3 for repairs and I have never had or heard of such professional service at a penal beater. From the receptionist booking the car in and everyone I interacted with, it was just a pleasant experience. I received updates from the preparation phase till completion with photos of every completed phase. Thank you RARC for the sterling service and work done on my car!!! Super impressed!!!!
On the 17 of February, we logged a malicious damage to property claim, which was incorrectly logged as a theft claim. Our neighbor’s son who is on drugs threw rocks and roof tiles at our house, damaged our walls, broke our roof tiles, and broke our garage window and the breaking glass damaged my car parked in the garage. Bettersure sent an assessor and a company to replace the glass and despite over 20 calls to follow up on the claim there has been no feedback on our claim and every time we called, we were told it’s been assessed. My husband called three weeks ago, and he was told there is a possible rejection. When he asked for the reason, he was told he has to wait for the rejection letter. My car which cost way more to repair the resultant car damage claim which is insured with another insurance company took less that 3 days to verify the incidence and my car was booked to be repaired in less than a week. With Bettersure it’s been 3 months still no feedback and we are told of a possible rejection. There are eyewitnesses, our estate body corporate sent out formal communication of the incident since our house was not the only house which was damaged and there are several police cases open for the same incident.
