The communication from the repair center regarding vehicle updates and information requests is shocking...After having our nissan magnite at the repair center for more than 5 weeks, for a small bash to the boot, without any communication, we began phoning regularly to get updates on the vehicle as we could see through our cameras that the car was being taken apart without authorization. With a then lack of response, we decided to go to the repair center, where we were informed that the center had not yet received authorization from our insurance, we then requested to have our vehicle released to us and we're informed that we will receive a call later in the day regarding payments for towing etc... needless to say, we never received such a call, we then attempted to contact the center repeatedly throughout the last week and keep being told that they will call us back, again it has still not happened. Very frustrating as we have been without the vehicle for several weeks without any communication and updates.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Rarc regarding the repair of my vehicle. My car was sent in for repairs, and the insurance company sent the authorization on the 4th of March. However, when I inquired a week later about the status of my car, I was informed that Rarc had not received the authorization. This was despite the fact that the authorization was sent to the email address provided by Rarc to Momentum, which is on their system. Throughout this process, I struggled to get any information from Rarc. I had to constantly ask for communication and updates. Eventually, I was told that my car would be ready on the 1st of April. I paid the excess and collected the car, only to have it break down again the same day. I had to beg for feedback and was eventually told that the car needed to go to Haval. I informed Rarc that my car rental had to be returned on the 4th of April and requested timelines. On the 4th, I was told that additional authorization was needed. I had to return the rental car and asked Rarc for a courtesy car, but was told that all cars were allocated. I also asked to be placed on their waiting list for a car and requested timelines for when my car would be ready. Despite my repeated requests, I received no feedback via email, and the person managing their WhatsApp messages blue-ticked me. I sent an email on the 7th of April, stating the following, but have yet to receive any response

RARC was selected by my insurance for repairs to my car after an accident. Honestly had the best experience with them. They constantly updated me on WhatsApp with progress and photos of repairs to my car. Even did a engen clean and cleaned the whole inside and outside of my car before giving her back to me. Repairs done to my vehicle were incredible and high quality. They truly go above and beyond for their clients

From the receptionist booking the car in and everyone I interacted with, it was just a pleasant experience. I received updates from the preparation phase till completion with photos of every completed phase. Thank you RARC for the sterling service and work done on my car!!! Super impressed!!!!

From the receptionist booking the car in and everyone I interacted with, it was just a pleasant experience. I would never in my life recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment to avoid similar mistreatment.I am writing this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction with RARC - Roodepoort Accident Repair Centre. The experience was marked by unprofessionalism, a lack of integrity, and even ************ by the owner Rudi - Help 24 Towing And Roadside Assist Ford Ranger Bakkie As if the incomplete work was not distressing enough. ************ and Threatening Behavior: To make matters worse, the owner of the workshop resorted to ************ and even threatened physical violence during my visit. Instead of addressing my concerns and rectifying the situation, he became hostile and aggressive. This behavior is utterly unprofessional and completely unwarranted. as a customer, I should be able to voice my dissatisfaction without fear of retaliation or ************. The owner's actions left me feeling unsafe and violated, further exacerbating my frustration and disappointment. Emotional Toll and Concerns Regarding Owner's Behavior: The distressing aspect of this whole ordeal is the owner's behavior, which has left me feeling paralyzed with fear and constant worry. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, the owner resorted to ************ and even threatened violence during my visit. This unprofessional and alarming behavior has had a profound impact on my mental well-being and has heightened my anxiety surrounding the situation. In my current state, I am grappling with feelings of vulnerability and uncer*****y about potential future actions from the owner. Bad service by the car release lady, Chanel and her team. I called a day prior requesting to have car released and on the day of I had to fetch my car. 03 Feb 2023. My car could not be released. The people here do not communicate in time if there's issues, they just keep quiet and on the day you fetch your car only then do you realize there's additional issues.

Bad service by the car release lady, Chanel and her team. I called a day prior requesting to have car released and on the day of I had to fetch my car. 03 Feb 2023. My car could not be released. I recently had the pleasure of using RARC (Roodepoort Accident Repair Centre) after a traumatic car accident. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with exceptional customer service. The team at RARC, led by the owner Mickey, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my car was repaired to the highest standard. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. I highly recommend RARC for anyone in need of car repairs. They truly exceeded my expectations and made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I recently had the pleasure of using RARC (Roodepoort Accident Repair Centre) after a traumatic car accident. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with exceptional customer service. The team at RARC, led by the owner Mickey, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my car was repaired to the highest standard. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. I highly recommend RARC for anyone in need of car repairs. They truly exceeded my expectations and made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I took a vehicle for repairs and was astonished at an excellent customer service Margaret displayed. She goes the extra mile of even working after her normal working hours (one would assume). She kept the client (myself) notified of the progress of the vehicle till Delivery Bay. The whole team surely love what they do as a firm. All the best!! Thanks Margaret
