Today is the 16th October, my reimbur*****t was due 22 Sept.2025, they lie and claim oversight, when you make follow-ups on your monies, they go mute. This company must be investigated.

Prime SA has become Optimus Prime😎
Spoke to Nqobile Maseko- top notch, he was concise and very detail-orientated; his approach to selling the cover was very vibrant, I am truly impressed. For the record, generally, PRIME SA has improved drastically with their packages/covers- well done and congratulations!!! I am glad to be back!

Repairs - beyond expectation, excellent customer service with Dyasi M Inc Attorneys vehicle
I took a vehicle for repairs and was astonished at an excellent customer service Margaret displayed. She goes the extra mile of even working after her normal working hours (one would assume). She kept the client (myself) notified of the progress of the vehicle till Delivery Bay. The whole team surely love what they do as a firm. All the best!! Thanks Margaret

I regret ever using Assupol Life, I want my money back after receiving final cancellations two weeks ago.
One or about a month ago, I wrote a bad review in relation to Assupol Life not corresponding with clients properly and later on debiting monies after numerous attempts to cancel the policies. Assupol Life two weeks ago sent confirmed SMSs that they have cancelled all my policies, I wake up on the 01/06/2022 to receive notifications that Assupol Life debited my monies AGAIN! Assupol Life, I want my money back, this second error you are doing I will not let slide, I want my money back. I regret ever using your service.

I sent a letter requesting them to cancel my policies weeks ago, I kept forwarding the initial email, come month-end they debit my account. No have not received any correspondence whatsoever, come month-end, money debited🙄
