Rental car was collected on 28 January. I got a remittance on the 29th of Jan. I waited 10 days and no refund of my deposit. After emails being ignored staying on the phone for an hour with finance and no answer finally I am informed on WhatsApp that the Mogale branch entered my bank details incorrectly, the payment was declined and they just left it it there, did not rerun the payment with the correct details I provided, did not contact me just decided to leave it and not pay me. Payment is supposed to take 10 days max according to the information on the envelope given to me. It's now the 9th of Feb and still my fuel deposit has not been refunded
My rental was returned on 27 January with a full tank of petrol, on 29 January I got my remittance confirming I will receive my full deposit back minus the R100 fee. Since then I have not received anything back, the last time I hired I got the funds back after a day of receiving my remittance. Europcar is completely ignoring my emails
Booked a sweepstar and paid extra for additional services. Firstly she broke my entire curtain railing off, didn't tell me and waited for me to see it and confront her. She didn't complete any or the additional tasks I paid extra for and left my kitchen in a complete mess. I contacted sweepsouth and sent them the photos of everything. Spoke to Caitlin on email who told me the experience team will be in contact then spoke to Keanu who said his manager will contact me. To this day nobody has contacted me

Seeing how sweepsouth responds to other queries on here but ignores mine. Emails ignored as well. Their sweepstar got lost and arrived at my place VERY late. Did not complete all the extra cleaning I paid for, then they have me R75 sweepcred but took it away the same day.
I had a booking and paid extra for cleaning inside the fridge and cubbords, this was never done. I sent them photos and they gave me R75 credit and then took it again the same day. When I enquired why they said it was for that same booking that I paid in full. They then stayed they didn't deduct the full amount, I checked my banking app while talking to the consultant and it clearly shows the full amount deducted. So I'm being charge TWICE for a service that wasn't done. Then they insist they will send me an invoice. Invoice also shows I paid in full

Got my order and upon opening the box I was greeted with the most pungent disgusting sour smell. These perfumes smell horrific, and needless to say nothing like the original. They spent a week ignoring all my emails and now they are blaming the courier company saying it was damaged in trancet but they refuse to rectify the situation

I had my car repaired at a panel beater appointed by Naked. Upon receiving my car back, I noticed that the door was not locking. I informed Naked about this whereafter they asked for an image and that they will send this through to the assessor and make contact with the panel beater. Days went by and I got zero feedback from Naked all while being placed in a very dangerous situation with a car that does not lock. I contacted Naked and asked why I haven't received feedback from THEM, they then phoned the panel beater and told them I said I am not hearing anything from them (the panel beater) keep in mind all this time I am waiting to hear back from Naked because supposedly this is being sent through to the assessor. Now the panel beater phones me and asks me why I told Naked I'm not hearing back from them when this is the furthest thing from the truth. Naked did not bother getting back to me hence me following up and now I need to explain to the panel beater NAKED appointed. This is getting ridiculous now. I asked for them to send me an email where I stated the panel beater is not getting back to me which they cannot do
