Hyperli has the worst customer service. I logged a ticket /sent an email to them about a voucher that cannot be redeemed on the 12th Nov, 'til today no update whatsoever
First help tow truck drivers literally ***** their customers items. My stuff items went missing from my partner's car who was involved in an accident and when we followed up with first help they were very cheeky
My partner and I bought a couches and other items from Beares Krugersdorp. Months later the couches had "sink holes" and the stitching was coming off. We called them and notified them about the issue. Almost 2 weeks later the accessor was suppose to come for the life of me there's always an excuse why they aren't able to come. My partner escalated the matter to head office. We currently sitting with couches that are not within in good condition and as per contract we are well within warranty.
I submitted a claim on 18Apr2025, claim was assigned to Michelle Rohan. The processor could not get a hold of me and didn't proceed with claim until I made contact. Raised a complained on 24Apr2025 about this as it contradiction to A&G service promise. No feedback or update on complain, or the R1000 promised to complainant.
Very unprofessional and ********* team. My partner and I had an agreement with them and yet they failed to live to their end of the agreement.
I requested an email from Muimeleli Mudau about submitting pictures of my car since I'm unable to do that via the app. I still have not received the email 4 hours later still
Yoh ha ah. My car was in an accident on 25 Nov, I asked to buy back my car instead of them writing it off and I still have not received the money due to me. What annoys me is that I have to follow up on everything with them, the claims guys dealing with case does not bother to answer his direct line nor respond to my emails. The service is good but when it comes to claim stage. MIWAY drags their feet.
Bad service by the car release lady, Chanel and her team. I called a day prior requesting to have car released and on the day of I had to fetch my car. 03 Feb 2023. My car could not be released. The people here do not communicate in time if there's issues, they just keep quiet and on the day you fetch your car only then do you realize there's additional issues.
I got into an accident on the 25 Nov 2022 and my car has been with the repairs since the 25 Nov 2022 to date. The panel beaters have asked for Miway assessor to re-assess the car because of additional damage found on the car but the assessor also seems to be dragging his feet. Overall Miway seems to slow with the claims process once your car is handed to the panel beaters to them, their work is done. On top of that, I was the 3rd party in the accident and when you follow through with the legal department, they will give you the run around.
It was great, I asked for a policy review and my premiums were reduced significantly
