**** i give the zero for service there is no customer service support, poor poor service, I have been waiting since December for them to resolve a simple query, I have sent them communications on all their support platform they have no care they will occasional respond and acknowlge. I want my Refund
Worst service provider ever - 0 Care poor customer service from staff to managers what was I thinking
What a let down Booking.com, I am writing with profound disappointment after a complete service failure during an emergency. As a long-term customer, I expected reliability, but my experience was the opposite. Immediately after my payment was processed for a critical family booking, the Host cancelled, leaving me stranded. The funds were taken from my account, rendering me unable to book alternative accommodations. To compound the issue, Im still waiting for a refund , despite significant time passing. My attempts to resolve this through your help service were met only with automated responses and bounced emails. The lack of human support in a time-sensitive situation is unacceptable. This experience has shattered my trust. I expected better from a service I've re**** on for years.
Today I called your call centre had a good service after I have been told your system was down for 3 weeks to submit . Reading from reviews it looks like you have backlog or processes are not in place. Why the operations manager is not taken to task by the fund principals. Or get a competent team to run operations My ref is 5009932 I hope your meet your TAT. I will be back here.
