Terrible company. They owe me money since October 2025 til date. Constantly been given the run around. Threatened with lawyers yet they still can’t pay me. I then again gave them the benefit of the doubt , paid money for their terrible WiFi services but the WiFi did not work on the exact day I paid and I’m still given the run around with a refund. I would not recommend anyone to have anything with them. They’re a terrible company. 0/10 would not recommend. Their founder is rude and ********* too.

**** i give the zero for service there is no customer service support, poor poor service, I have been waiting since December for them to resolve a simple query, I have sent them communications on all their support platform they have no care they will occasional respond and acknowlge. I want my Refund

Our residents is in Protea Glen Ext 12, we have WiFi internet connection issues since 24th December 2025 until now 05 January 2026, we have send WhatsApp and email messages, it has been promises but nothing was actioned. Please help also today nothing is happening

Sies! Don't ever ever ever! Order or even consider SA WIFI, they are bad bad, i paid November 2025 till now i haven't received my router or even my money back and no one responds to any email or text, worse their phone doesn't even work. Dont trust these people!

This is the worst wifi you will have no coverage for the days and even if you get coverage it will not last all day then have the worst customer service. Why am I spending money on Data after paying for WiFi?

This was once the best service provider, but it has now become the worst company ever. Once you have an issue with them, they cut communication channels by ignoring you in whatever way, be it WhatsApp messages or emails. They are the worst company that can not be reached telephonically.

SA WIFI is a ****. From the start, things went wrong: it took nearly two months to receive the router and another two months to get connected. I can’t enjoy a stable connection for more than four days before it starts losing connection, and their only advice is to restart the router. Every week there's an excuse from their employees, I requested a refund but never got a response. SA WiFi’s advertising is misleading—they’re not delivering what they promise.
