Our residents is in Protea Glen Ext 12, we have WiFi internet connection issues since 24th December 2025 until now 05 January 2026, we have send WhatsApp and email messages, it has been promises but nothing was actioned. Please help also today nothing is happening

Mr Price home has send my sister (who is extremely sick mentally) to ACS debt collectors 0313671490 their phone just rings with no answer. We want to pay off the debt but they not helping at all. Now we keep getting threating SMS's. How can her account be settled if they don't adhere to their own rules. We went to FNB and the account number 550810091989, branch code 250655 is incorrect FNB, Association Credit Specialist (ACS). Their service is pathetic and they don't have emphathy for the sick. Please help urgently.
I went to Jet Store in Protea Glen Mall on the 24/11/2015 to purchase boys clothes. The transaction went through successful and my bank card was deducted with R199,97. The cashier Lungile said her system was offline as it showed declined on the EFT voucher. <br> <br> Even when i explained that Jet has already deducted the funds and showed them prove from my cellphone bank notification. <br> <br> Lungile called the Manager Lucky N and he had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all even if i explained about the deduction. He asked for my details and phoned me later for bank statement. <br> <br> I gave them bank statement and still i did not receive the goods. Unhappy customer and i promise i will never buy at Jet stores Protea Glen Mall(011)5270620 again. I will tell my friends and family to stop buying from Jet Protea Glen Mall on Social Media. SAMSUNG GALAXY POCKET was bought in October 2014 at PEP HOME in PROTEA GLEN MALL and is under WARRANTY for 1 year. <br> <br> The device has audio failure on speaker \receiver".
