This was once the best service provider, but it has now become the worst company ever. Once you have an issue with them, they cut communication channels by ignoring you in whatever way, be it WhatsApp messages or emails. They are the worst company that can not be reached telephonically.

They are good in their work and I never heard any complaints from my friends who are using them as their service provider

I signed up for a router & UPS combo they took a month to have the router installed at my house and the UPS was never brought by their technicians even though I paid for it on my first payment. When called they informed me that "A ticked has been created" That's the only response I receive each time. I am very frustrated cause I am more like throwing my money around for no reason
The Company like this one needs to have its Staff taken through Intensive Training cause they appear to be using their discretion when it comes to resolving their Customer's Issues. I paid our account using my banking app as it appeared to be one of their registered beneficiaries. Had the POP sent through as I was not prompted to enter our Customer Number. A few days along the line our service got suspended even though they could see the POP. We had to call them each time our service got suspended and it happened more than 20 times this month. Each Agent handles customer queries discretionally. I wish I could join their competitors if there are cause I can't tolerate dealing with Unprofessional Rookies.
This is one of the disgusting companies that has been stealing my money for the past two consecutive months, I am so surprised cause they are debiting my money charging me for the service I never used. They approached me and offered a VAS while I applied for a WiFi Router from Supersonic. I discovered that the service I was to get from Supersonic was enough for my domestic use and had to cut the deal. They went on with the first subscription which was irreversible and the email address stated on their page is unreachable the contact number is also not contactable. I believe you have grown your company through fraud cause even if your customers experience glitches how would you be able to resolve their issues. What you're doing is unaccepted, you're more like hacking our hard-earned finances for ****all in my case. You should have conscience before you could debit money from someone without having something useful given in return
I was once a security working for a reliable company, resigned, pursued my claim and was paid out within 7 days, Worked for another one resigned pursued my claim then couldn't get any progress in connection with my claim. I have followed the protocol in place but in vain so I suspect that there is a fowl play around PSSPF as i had my documents submitted on the 4 April 2018. I went through the list of Client Liaison Officers and called their company cellphones so nobody answered, I called the branch in Cape Town the telephone rang and never answered. I don't this this is a reliable entity to keep funds of Hard Working Citizens of this country. I think something must be done about this.
