Here’s a revised poor service version including that part: The booking process with Intercare Glenfair was swift and easy. We called and made a 17:45 booking, and the staff confirmed that we could come in. Everything seemed fine at first. However, the experience with Dr M Freese was a complete nightmare. The doctor was impatient, rude, and had a terrible attitude. He immediately questioned why we even came at that time, saying there was “nothing he can do right now,” that he needed to leave, and that we should take the patient to their regular doctor instead. He also said he couldn’t do a full check-up. Naturally, I was confused and frustrated — why allow us to make a confirmed booking if the doctor was unwilling to assist? In the end, we paid R1018 for absolutely nothing meaningful — just a useless booking and a referral letter. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this facility to anyone based on this experience.
I reached out regarding my issue with their earbuds hoping for a swift resolution and assistance. However, the level of support I received was *** 💩🚽👎🏾 Stay away from Edifier they only care about money!! Additionally, the communication was poor and inefficient, even today my issue was never resolved I hope you enjoy my money you ****mers!!!
