Birthday Celebration
⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s birthday here! The outdoor playground is fantastic, safe, and well maintained,my child had an absolute blast. It was the perfect place for her to run around, play, and enjoy herself while the adults could relax. The overall atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming, and the staff were helpful, which made it even more enjoyable. The food was okay and enjoyable, but it wasn’t exceptional compared to how great the venue and experience were. That said, it didn’t take away from the special memories made on the day. We would definitely recommend this place for kids’ parties and family outings, especially for the playground and relaxed setting.

Lack of hygiene and care
I was completely disgusted by what I saw in this store. There was cat feces between the shelves, which is absolutely unacceptable in any business that serves the public. I immediately brought it to the attention of one of the managers, but instead of taking action or even showing concern, he shrugged it off and walked away. This kind of lack of hygiene and care for customers is shocking. Clearly, management doesn’t take cleanliness or customer health seriously. I won’t be shopping here again and would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting until this place improves its standards. I have the photos as well.

Cat Sterilization
Definitely recommend Wollies and their other partner teams for sterilization. The incision is beautifully done. The next day my cat is walking around and she is herself. Sterilization done 12 November 2024.

Appreciation and Feedback on Maternity Care
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful care I received at your hospital in April when I had my C-section and tubal ligation. The medical team and nursing staff were professional, kind, and supportive throughout my stay, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care provided to me and my baby. I would also like to share a small piece of feedback for consideration. While breastfeeding is encouraged, I believe that bottle feeding should also be respected as a mother’s choice. Not all women are able to breastfeed, and it would be comforting if mothers felt equally supported in whichever feeding option best suits their circumstances. Additionally, it would make a big difference if the bathrooms in the maternity ward could be renovated or improved. Having access to warm showers and clean, comfortable facilities helps new mothers recover and feel refreshed after birth. Thank you once again for the care and dedication your staff provide to mothers and babies. It truly makes a difference in our communities. Warm regards. D.Schroeder
