Poor service experience through the service consultants and their workshop
Poor service experience through the service consultants and their workshop. My car's wheel had lock nuts fall off while it transit because they weren't *****ed back in properly. The workshop had reported an issue to the service consultant, but she didn't commit it to me. Now, the car had to go back to the workshop after being serviced, which led to the total failure of the Aircon Compressor. An expensive part to replace.
